Sub-Enclosure to Enclosure.

Miss Mann to Inspector of Schools.

Dear Sir,

Government Central School for Girls,

Hongkong, 11th April, 1890.

I beg to resign my post as Headmistress of the Government Central School for Girls in Hongkong.

As there will doubtless be some time taken up in finding another lady to take charge of the School, I shall be happy to remain on until September 1st next, or even longer, should my successor not have been found by that time.

I resign with many regrets, and wish the School every success in future years. I shall always feel a special interest in the School which I had the honour of first starting.

I have &c.

(Signed) Miranda Mann,

Dr. Eitel,

Inspector of Schools,
